Ghalib University Herat, believing in the principle of educational justice and in line with its scientific and social mission, has always stood by talented, capable, and underprivileged youth, striving to ensure that no student is deprived of higher education due to economic problems. In this regard, the university provides opportunities for qualified students to continue their education through various scholarship programs and educational discounts.
Partnership & MoU Based Scholarships
Ghalib University has signed cooperation agreements (Partnership & MoU) with several universities, scientific institutions, national and international organizations. Based on the provisions of these agreements, a number of qualified students are introduced and admitted annually to benefit from educational scholarships. These scholarships are awarded in accordance with the conditions and criteria specified in the relevant agreements.
Special Scholarships for Underprivileged Students
Supporting the underprivileged and needy is one of the fundamental values of Ghalib University. Students who face serious economic problems, after careful review of documents by the Special Scholarship Commission and upon meeting the necessary conditions, can benefit from special scholarships or educational discounts.
Merit-Based Scholarships and Discounts
Ghalib University always appreciates outstanding and hardworking students. Accordingly, students who achieve first and second overall ranks at the end of each semester or academic year will benefit from educational scholarships or special discounts on tuition fees, in accordance with the university's applicable regulations.
