University Libraries

The Central Library and Online Resources of Ghalib University play a vital role in the university structure and promotion of scientific culture. This library is recognized as the beating heart of scientific and research activities of this institution and bears numerous responsibilities in the development of science, culture, intellectual innovation, and civilizational thought. The Central Library of Ghalib University was established in 1389 SH with the aim of responding to research needs, facilitating conditions for researchers, professors, and students, and providing public access to written and online scientific resources. Currently, this library serves researchers, professors, and students with 31,493 volumes of physical books and digital resources.

This library was established in 1392 SH with the aim of developing and preserving knowledge, and its objectives are coordinated with the policies of the Medical Faculty and the Central Library. Currently, this library serves students and professors with 5,160 volumes of physical books and digital resources. The specialized library of the Medical Faculty plays an important role in meeting the educational and research needs of professors, improving the scientific level of students, and facilitating the knowledge transfer process.

The specialized library of the Stomatology Faculty of Ghalib University - Herat was established in 1398 SH. This library, with 1,700 volumes of physical books and digital software, most of which are specialized books, has been serving students and professors of this faculty since its establishment. The officials of this library are constantly striving to provide more modern and up-to-date resources and make them available to their visitors.
