Introduction
The Faculty of Medicine at Ghalib University Herat has created a scientific and dynamic environment for training committed, specialized, and capable doctors by utilizing experienced academic staff, standard educational curricula, equipped laboratories, and modern educational technologies. This faculty, using the advanced CyberPatient system or virtual patient, provides students with the opportunity to practice diagnostic, examination, and clinical decision-making skills in a simulated and safe environment. The focus on practical education, research, medical ethics, and professional skills development has enabled graduates of this faculty to have effective and successful presence in the job market as specialized and qualified personnel in hospitals, health centers, and reputable domestic and international institutions, with scientific knowledge, clinical abilities, and necessary readiness.

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful With pride and faith in the mission and vision of the Faculty of Medicine, we present the five-year strategic plan of the Faculty of Medicine with firm determination and hope for a bright future that will have positive impacts on the scientific and health community. This plan serves as a comprehensive roadmap, including key objectives, expected achievements, and targeted strategies that define the path of progress and development of the faculty in the next five years. Relying on cohesive teamwork, collective commitment, and coordination among faculty members, students, and staff, we are determined to achieve these objectives and elevate the position of the Faculty of Medicine to higher levels of quality and impact.
