Introduction
The Faculty of Economy, with the aim of training specialized and committed personnel in the field of management and business, currently offers the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program. This department, by utilizing experienced and specialized academic staff, provides standard educational and scientific services for students and creates the ground for their academic and professional growth. The academic staff of the Faculty of Economy consists of experienced professors with higher education who teach specialized and fundamental subjects of the business administration field according to scientific standards and labor market needs. With emphasis on practical education, scientific research, and development of managerial skills, this faculty strives to present capable graduates ready to enter various economic and business sectors of society. The Business Administration Department, by providing a suitable educational environment, scientific programs, and diverse academic activities, plays an important role in enhancing the academic and professional capacity of students and has taken effective steps towards the development of quality higher education.

Dean's Message
In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds, and peace and blessings be upon the Master of the Messengers and upon his family and companions all together. One of the major challenges facing developing countries is the lack of specific and guiding programs. Working without a plan is like shooting an arrow in the air without aiming, or walking a path without a light. Over the past years, the Economics Faculty team at Ghalib University Herat, through extensive efforts and unwavering dedication, has succeeded in establishing effective connections with the economy and individuals in this field, as well as achieving the goals of various institutions and companies. However, we believe that we must always strive for improvement and progress, and present a new strategy to enhance our performance and increase our impact in the field of economics. In principle, by utilizing precise economic analyses and deep understanding of current and future economic trends and challenges, we intend to divide this strategic plan into several fundamental pillars and specify the objectives and strategies related to each of these pillars. This action will help us engage in deeper understanding and more precise planning of our activities and actions. In fact, this strategic document also provides us with an opportunity to present a content analysis of our strengths and weaknesses, and relying on this analysis, move towards improving and strengthening our strong points, and transform our weaknesses into opportunities and motivating factors for progress. Since the efforts of the Economics Faculty team are continuously focused on improving performance and effectiveness in the field of economics, this strategic plan must allow us to declare ourselves as a leader and superior, and distinguish our capabilities in the field of economics from others. Although we may not achieve everything predicted in this plan, we believe that with determination, commitment, and collective effort, we can make significant progress toward our goals.
